Zero KYC with a complete set of features depends on what on-chain data says. 100M is just a vanity metric; the real key is trading depth and slippage control. In the early stages, it's easy to be carried away by narratives. I am more concerned about how efficient the capital is and how large the arbitrage opportunities are.

honestly the zero kyc angle is interesting but like... has anyone actually stress-tested the non-trivial externalities here? historical precedent suggests these "genuinely different" narratives tend to have path dependency issues we don't see until later. not saying it's bad, just arguing the stakeholder alignment incentives feel sub-optimal for actual long-term adoption, tbh.
