The current trend of TAO is really not looking good.
I just looked at the technicals, and both the 4-hour and 1-hour charts have shown a death cross, with the moving average system also starting to press down across the board, indicating a strong bearish sentiment. Although there are some signs of a short-term rebound, the overall trend is still weak, and the current price is hovering around 381.40.
Looking at the market data again, the buying power is clearly weaker than the selling power, with the order depth favoring the bears. The long-short ratio and the positions of large holders lean towards the bearish side. Although the number of people going long seems considerable, the actual buying strength is quite weak. The active buying and selling volume is also very quiet, making the chances of the bears winning a bit higher in this situation.
I personally think that now is a good time to short, with a target profit margin of around 3%. Of course, the market has always been volatile, so remember to set a stop-loss protection when entering, and strictly control your position; do not go all in.
If this wave goes smoothly, there might be some gains, but the risks are on you, so everyone should make decisions carefully.
