Crypto Influencer Launches Fresh Legal Action Against Former Media Company

In a surprising turn of events, a prominent figure in the cryptocurrency community has initiated another lawsuit against the media company he originally established. This ongoing dispute has become a public spectacle, with almost daily updates appearing on various social media platforms.

The influencer recently announced on his social media account that he had "just dropped" a new legal action against his former associates. While the exact nature of his knowledge regarding their reaction remains unclear, he expressed confidence that his legal move has upset key figures within the company, including the current CEO and a founding member of the firm that owns the brand.

This latest development adds another chapter to the saga involving the crypto personality and the network he founded in 2018. The influencer, who has built a significant following in the crypto space, appears to be leveraging this conflict to maintain his relevance and public attention.

Ongoing Legal Battles

While the specifics of the most recent legal action remain undisclosed, previous filings may provide some insight into the nature of the dispute.

In September, the influencer filed a lawsuit in Georgia against the company's CEO and his father. The allegations included wrongful removal from the media company he established in 2018. Reports indicate that he was ousted from his position in late August.

Media sources revealed that the legal dispute also involved corporate entities as co-plaintiffs alongside the influencer, while naming several defendants including holding companies and individuals.

The initial lawsuit was filed on August 30, with the influencer claiming to retain majority ownership in the parent organization of the network and its associated YouTube channel. The lawsuit argued that the influencer's fully-owned corporate entity held 67% of the shares in the parent company, with the remaining 33% allegedly owned by another holding company.

However, this lawsuit was subsequently withdrawn, only to be refiled on September 12 with modified claims.

Allegations of Misconduct

The renewed legal action alleges that the defendants locked the influencer out of all company social media accounts in what he describes as a coup. According to the crypto personality, the aim was to seize control of the company he had built.

Furthermore, he accused his former business associates of misusing company funds for personal benefit and engaging in fraudulent activities.

In a dramatic escalation earlier this week, the influencer made a startling claim on social media, suggesting that his former colleagues were plotting against his life. As long as the crypto personality continues to share updates, his followers can expect a steady stream of dramatic developments in this ongoing saga.

It's worth noting that these allegations are part of an ongoing legal dispute, and the full facts of the case have yet to be determined in a court of law. As this story continues to unfold, it serves as a reminder of the complex and sometimes volatile nature of relationships within the rapidly evolving cryptocurrency industry.
