Can conviction markets replace prediction markets?

I do not think this is worth debating on but looking at what matters the most, the standard for resolving markets and a question of “who can create a market” matters.

Just like, @xodotmarket it makes creating markets possible by anyone and rising to PMF will only be a matter of time.
