Despite the recent positive performance of the cryptocurrency market, experts advise investors to maintain a cautious attitude towards small cryptocurrencies. Market analysis shows that the current rise is mainly driven by funds from the traditional financial sector, particularly through ETF purchases of Bit and Ether. Additionally, the rise of Digital Asset Reserve (DAT) trends has also attracted traditional companies into the cryptocurrency market.

This flow of funds model suggests that small cryptocurrencies may struggle to experience a large-scale bull market. Market observers believe that significant growth for small cryptocurrencies may only occur after the Federal Reserve further cuts interest rates 2-3 times.

From a macroeconomic perspective, the U.S. fiscal situation is facing challenges, recording the third largest budget deficit in history for this fiscal year. At the same time, the independence of the Federal Reserve is being questioned, and the attractiveness of U.S. debt is declining. These factors may impact investors' confidence in traditional financial assets.

Global economic data shows that in July, the broad money supply increased by 9.3% year-on-year, reaching a new high of 140 trillion dollars, reflecting rapid expansion of global liquidity. Against this backdrop, gold prices surged, breaking through the inflation-adjusted historical high set 45 years ago.

Analysts predict that Bitcoin, known as "digital gold", may continue to appreciate. With changes in the global economic environment and investors seeking alternative assets, the appeal of Bitcoin may further increase.

However, investors still need to be cautious and closely monitor market trends and changes in the regulatory environment to make informed investment decisions.

Damn! Small funds indicate they are lying flat and waiting for interest rates to drop.

The bull is still driven by the big bull. As for the small coin, let's forget it.
