#PTB Creative Contest#

Portal to Bitcoin ($PTB) represents a groundbreaking step toward solving one of crypto’s longest-standing problems: seamless, trustless exchange between Bitcoin and other blockchain ecosystems. Issued as an ERC-20 token, $PTB is the utility currency of the Portal Network, primarily used by validators who transfer their tokens to the Gateway Smart Contract on Ethereum to acquire a balance on the Portal Chain. This balance enables participation in validator auctions and various chain functions, ensuring a robust and secure network foundation. Unlike traditional cross-chain bridges, which often expose users to vulnerabilities and centralization risks, Portal leverages Bitcoin’s security and atomic swaps to eliminate the need for wrapped assets, custodians, or synthetic replications. The result is a decentralized, trust-minimized system where users can execute native cross-chain swaps with simplicity, speed, and security.

What makes Portal unique is its innovative architecture that blends atomic swaps, Layer-2 scaling, and an Automated Dynamic Market Maker (ADMM) to deliver both capital efficiency and a user experience competitive with centralized exchanges. Gate.io is currently hosting both CandyDrop and Launchpool events for PTB tokens, offering structured opportunities to earn rewards through trading and staking. These initiatives aim to maximize participation while distributing a substantial prize pool across the community.

In this round, Portal To Bitcoin (PTB) is featured with a total prize pool of 3,157,894 PTB. Through the CandyDrop, I can accumulate “candy” from eligible trading activities, which will later be converted into PTB, with a maximum reward of up to 3,000 PTB. In addition, Launchpool Project #309: Portal To Bitcoin (PTB) allows me to stake either BTC or PTB tokens and share from a dedicated reward pool of 2,368,421 PTB, with rewards distributed on an hourly basis.

I am participating in both the CandyDrop and Launchpool programs to maximize my potential returns. For the CandyDrop, I have completed the Tier 1 requirement of futures trading with a minimum volume of 1,000 USDT, and I am now awaiting the scheduled airdrop on October 9, 2025. I am currently halfway through Tier 2 and will continue trading until I fully complete the requirement.

For Launchpool, I have staked 23.97 PTB, which is currently generating an APR of 231.54% Watching the rewards accumulate in real time provides both strong motivation and a clear sense of progress toward my earning goals.
