Roam announces a major upgrade: Reverse Burning New Mechanism, Alipay supports eSIM deposit, Lock-up Position receives traffic benefits.

On July 4th, Roam announced multiple feature upgrades, including:

Reverse burn mechanism adjustment: The conversion rate of $ROAM tokens and points will be calculated based on the average conversion rate of the most recent 50 periods, replacing the previous single-period conversion rate. The new mechanism will further ensure the long-term interests of Roam community retail investors and the healthy development of the project.

eSIM supports Alipay payments: Roam Global / Premium eSIM now supports Alipay top-ups, allowing users to purchase data services within the app and complete payments using Alipay, making the purchasing process smoother and the experience easier.

Lock-up rule update: Roam App has adjusted the lock-up incentive rules. Participating in $ROAM lock-up can earn global eSIM data: Locking 1000 ROAM for a period of (28 days) will yield 5GB of data; locking 2000 $ROAM will yield 12GB; locking 4000 ROAM will yield 30GB. The more you lock up, the more data you receive.

At the same time, Roam recently launched a certain DEX, where users can enjoy up to 84% of the fee sharing and $CAKE rewards by providing liquidity.
