The former vice president of Galaxy questions the Ethereum Foundation's new structure for overlapping roles and confusion of responsibilities.
[Golden Finance] reported that former Galaxy Digital Research Vice President Christine Kim posted on social media platform, pointing out that the new Ethereum Foundation organizational structure is confusing. Tim Beiko, Barnabé Monnot, and Alex Stokes hold multiple roles, leading all the R&D teams of the foundation while managing their own teams, and they need to be responsible for L1, L2 scaling and improving user experience (UX) within the next 12 months.
In addition, Christine has doubts about the details of the architecture diagram, including whether the bold names refer to team leaders, the purpose of the highlighted sections, and whether Tim is responsible for protocol coordination and overseeing multiple projects. At the same time, she is puzzled by the color grouping logic, such as why the consensus mechanism and account abstraction are grouped together while stateless consensus is not included; and why Testing and pandaops are grouped together, but Security is not grouped.
