Bullish, an exchange under Blockone, has submitted an IPO application.

[Bullish, a crypto assets exchange under Blockone, submits IPO application] On June 11, according to the Financial Times, Bullish, the crypto assets exchange backed by former PayPal CEO Peter Thiel and developed by EOS company Blockone, has submitted a confidential IPO application to the SEC. Bullish previously attempted to go public through a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) in 2021, but the deal fell through the following year due to rising U.S. interest rates leading to a market downturn. Jefferies will act as the lead underwriter for this IPO. The company’s IPO plan comes at a time when the demand for crypto assets investment in the United States is strong, as the Trump administration has promised to introduce a series of industry-friendly policies and has reversed the Biden administration’s crackdown on digital assets.
