PANews reported on January 29th that in response to the questioning of 'insider trading', Rushi Manche, co-founder of Movement Labs, stated in an interview on Tuesday that the organization did not have 'direct communication' with the Trump family's Decentralized Finance project World Liberty Financial (WLFI). Previously, WLFI purchased approximately $2 million worth of MOVE tokens, becoming its tenth largest holding. When asked if he was surprised, Manche said, "Actually, I woke up this morning to the good news. We didn't actually participate. I think we want to involve MOVE-based assets in the system, but we have no direct contact with them (WLFI)." He added, "No, I don't think we coordinated anything, we were really focused on developing the mainnet for developers, nothing else." (The Block)
