Odaily Planet Daily News LayerZero CEO Bryan Pellegrino called out the Across Protocol team on X platform last night, stating that there is a vulnerability in the protocol contract, allowing the contract owner to withdraw Token from any Address at any time, or drop the balance of any account to zero. This morning, third-party security company Trust Security used almost the same rhetoric as Bryan to call out the LayerZero team, stating that similar vulnerabilities also exist in their protocol contracts, allowing contract owners to withdraw tokens from any address at any time or deplete any StarGate pool. It is worth mentioning that when Bryan called out Across Protocol, he mentioned that the team should reward LayerZero according to the bug bounty program. Trust Security also called out Bryan. LayerZero’s bug bounty program claims to provide 10% of the risk capital as a reward, so LayerZero should give Trust Security a bonus of over 4 billion US dollars, or publicly admit that they are slandering other projects just for traffic.
