Taiko clarification: No Taiko entity has sent any Token to the ETH Foundation.

PANews reported on July 31st that Taiko, a zkRollup-based Layer2 network on the Ethereum (ETH) blockchain, stated on X platform: "In a series of recent media articles, there have been claims that the Ethereum Foundation has abandoned Taiko by selling tokens. We are dissatisfied with the way these articles were published, as they did not attempt to contact Taiko for verification before publishing. No physical entity of Taiko has sent any tokens to the Ethereum Foundation. It is important to emphasize that Taiko maintains a close working relationship with the Ethereum Foundation because we are the first Base Rollup. From the beginning, we have adhered to this principle and will not change. In fact, at the recent EthCC event, during a keynote speech by Vitalik, we were labeled as 'EVM purists,' further confirming the connection between Taiko and the Ethereum Foundation.
