ETH team leader: Ethereum is losing its "main thread," and the research team seems to have accepted all centralized ideas.

Golden Finance reported that Péter Szilágyi, the head of the Ethereum team, expressed concerns about the development direction of Ethereum on social media. Szilágyi's view involves the ETH square PeerDAS proposal, which, among other changes, increases the size of the ETH square blob to 32 MB. Szilágyi believes that the PeerDAS upgrade will hinder the participation of household stakeholders (usually those with simpler Computing Power settings) in the ETH square network, which goes against the spirit of Decentralization. Szilágyi wrote on X: "ETH researchers are 'killing' family stakeholders in front of everyone. This is not what I expected when I joined ETH. Now I am happy to prove that this is not the case, but I feel that ETH is losing its main line. The research team seems to fully embrace the idea of centralization as long as it can be verified. This is a joke: Decentralization verification, but centralized control."
