BlackRock Launches iShares Staked Ethereum Trust ETF ETHB, Trading Begins Tomorrow on Nasdaq

Gate News reports that on March 12, BlackRock launched the iShares Pledged Ethereum Trust ETF (ETHB), which will begin trading on the Nasdaq tomorrow (March 13). ETHB will hold physical Ethereum and pledge part of its holdings, aiming to combine Ethereum price exposure with staking rewards while providing the operational advantages of an ETF. The fund charges a 0.25% sponsor fee, with an introductory discount of 0.12% on the first $2.5 billion in assets. This move expands BlackRock’s existing digital asset product line, which includes the iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) with over $55 billion in assets under management, and the iShares Ethereum Trust (ETHA) with approximately $6.5 billion in assets.
