Yieldbasis releases research White Paper: Innovative solution to address AMM Impermanent Loss issue.

Gate News bot message, Yieldbasis recently released a research White Paper “Eliminating impermanent loss by leveraged liquidity.” This White Paper proposes a technical solution for continuous rebalancing through “compounding leverage” to adjust AMM market-making positions to match the same slope as Spot, achieving Impermanent Loss drop to zero.

Research data shows that applying this solution to the BTC/USD liquidity trading pair can achieve an annualized return of approximately 20% over a 6-year period, with price risk being essentially consistent with holding BTC. This technical solution is applicable to other crypto assets.
