GRVT: Has used zk-SNARKs to break the dilemma of "privacy and transparency" in on-chain transactions.
According to BlockBeats news on June 2, the hybrid crypto trading platform GRVT stated that the debate of "transparency vs privacy" in on-chain trading has never been a zero-sum game. In fact, the architecture of GRVT itself provides the answer. Users can maintain transparency principles without having to disclose their trading positions because zk-SNARKs technology has solved this problem. The specific method is as follows: GRVT has built a trading platform on a private layer two network (the Validium chain of ZKsync), which means that GRVT uses zk-SNARKs to verify off-chain data, such as order size, price, holdings, and time—these are all critical and confidential trading strategy information. Subsequently, this data verified through ZK proofs will be submitted to the Ethereum Mainnet (L1), thus ensuring data integrity, which is an important foundation for blockchain transparency.
