The EU announced the extension of sanctions against individuals and entities in Myanmar.

Jin10 reported on April 25 that on April 25 local time, the EU Council announced that sanctions against Myanmar would be extended for another year until April 30, 2026. Currently, the EU sanctions apply to 106 individuals and 22 entities in Myanmar. The sanctions measures include asset freezes, travel bans, and export bans.
