PANewsは6月12日、SECの提出書類によると、上場企業のDeFi Development(旧Janover)が、Form 10-Kに内部統制に関する経営陣の報告書を含めなかったため、10億ドルの棚上げを撤回したと報じました。 資金の一部は当初、Solanaの購入に充てる予定でした。 今後、発行申請書を再提出する予定です。
