Web3 music startup TRAX announced the completion of about $2.9 million in "Decentralization round" funding (a total of 314,000 ICPToken) on the ICPBlockchain, after the completion of this round of financing, TRAX will operate as a DAO (DAO), controlled by TRAX's new governance Token TRAX holders, and the funds raised will be deposited in the vault of TRAX DAO, allowing TRAX holders to decide how best to use the funds. TRAX said it will build a content aggregator and social marketplace to help artists build a digital space for their superfans.
