Grayscale's three major funds have completed their quarterly rebalancing, increasing their holdings in AERO and Story, while removing MKR.

Wu reported that Grayscale Investments announced the quarterly rebalancing results for its multi-asset fund for the third quarter of 2025: the DeFi Fund removed MakerDAO (MKR) and added Aerodrome Finance (AERO). As of October 3, the components include Uniswap 32.32%, Aave 28.07%, Ondo 19.07%, Lido 7.02%, Curve 6.92%, and AERO 6.60%; after adjusting the holdings, the Smart Contract Fund's components are Solana 30.97%, Ether 30.32%, Cardano 18.29%, Avalanche 7.57%, Sui 7.35%, and Hedera 5.50%; the Decentralized AI Fund added Story (IP) and after adjustments, the holdings are NEAR Protocol 25.81%, Bittensor 22.15%, Story 21.53%, Render 12.91%, Filecoin 11.39%, and The Graph 6.21%.
