Deep Tide TechFlow News, April 14th, according to Fortune, blockchain startup Nava announced the completion of an $8.3 million seed round funding, led jointly by Polychain and Archetype, aiming to prevent abnormal operations of AI financial agents through custodial and verification frameworks.

Nava’s solution locks funds via custodial services, and when an AI agent proposes a transaction, an on-chain verification mechanism is used to determine whether the transaction aligns with the user’s intent; compliant transactions can be executed, otherwise funds remain under custody. All verification decisions are publicly recorded on the blockchain for other AIs to reference. Nava currently operates as a third-layer blockchain on Arbitrum and plans to deploy a parallel chain on Tempo, with future issuance of a native stablecoin to support protocol operations. Nava’s infrastructure targets individual users and institutions, enhancing asset security and transaction transparency.
