Competition Rules Guide
- Eligibility : Both new and existing users are eligible to register.
- Participation Format : Users may register and form teams during the registration phase
- Eligible Trading Pairs : All Gate USDT-margined spot, ETF, and flash swap trading pairs, all Gate USDT-margined perpetual futures trading pairs, and all Gate TradFi trading pairs.
WCTC 8,000,000 USDT Super Prize Pool
During the event, the prize pool amount will be dynamically allocated based on the total number of participants. The more valid traders there are, the higher the total prize pool. Among them, the Team Competition prize pool is up to 3,600,000 USDT, the Individual Competition prize pool is up to 2,000,000 USDT, and the 1v1 Champion PK prize pool is up to 1,600,000 USDT. The bonus events and livestream events prize pool is exclusively 800,000 USDT, which is not subject to unlock by participant count. The final prize pool amount is determined by the number of valid traders. A user who completes at least 10,000 USDT in trading volume is counted as a valid trader.

I. Team Trading Competition: Share Up to 3,600,000 USDT Prize Pool
During the event, teams participating in the Team Competition will compete fiercely across two phases (each phase lasts two weeks, divided into the first half and second half), competing on total trading volume and total profit. The Top 20 teams will be selected in each phase. A single team may participate in both phases. Team rankings and data will be reset at the end of each half. Specific reward rules are as follows:

Team Formation Guidelines:
- Team Formation Requirements
- Each team requires at least 1 Captain + 4 Members (total members ≥5) to be considered a successfully formed team.
- Before the official competition begins, for teams with fewer than 5 members, the captain may dissolve the team, and members may also leave voluntarily.
- After the official competition begins, successfully formed teams cannot be dissolved and members cannot leave. Teams with fewer than 5 members may still be dissolved or members may leave voluntarily.

Event IV: 1v1 Champion PK, Share Up to 1,600,000 USDT Prize Pool
During the competition, individuals participating in the 1v1 Champion PK can remain anonymous and go online at any time to compete against other real users. Each PK match lasts 2 hours, during which all users trade intensively to strive for a higher score ranking. All users in this competition are eligible for the leaderboard, and everyone wins a prize. The higher your score, the greater the reward.
PK Competition Rules:
Matching Mechanism : Click to initiate PK, and the system will automatically match you with an opponent of similar skill level.
Win/Loss Determination : The player with the higher ROI within 2 hours wins; single match trading volume must be ≥ 100 USDT, otherwise it is an automatic loss.
Scoring Rules : The winner scores (5-100 points, calculated based on trading volume, historical record, and win streak bonus); the loser or a tie receives no points.
Ban Mechanism : Players will be banned if their trading volume is 0 for 3 consecutive matches.
Prize Pool:
During the event, the prize pool will be shared based on score rankings, divided into daily and weekly leaderboards. The cash prize pool for the 1v1 Champion PK accounts for 20% of the total prize pool. The top 100 on the leaderboard receive fixed rewards, while users ranked below 100 each receive random rewards based on their ranking. Everyone wins. Specific rewards are as follows:

- If a user participates in other similar Gate events simultaneously, they may only receive rewards from one event.
- Team Competition and Individual Competition rewards will be distributed to user accounts within 15 business days after the event ends. Voucher rewards can be viewed and used in the “Voucher Center”. Please activate and use vouchers within their validity period, as expired vouchers will become invalid.Rewards below 1 USDT will not be distributed.
- If cheating behavior is detected, including but not limited to wash trading, cross-trading, self-dealing, market manipulation, bulk registration, etc., Gate reserves the right to disqualify users and decide whether to impose a ban based on the severity of the violation.
- Merchandise rewards will be distributed via the Gate Merchandise Store “airdrop” to users. Users must claim rewards within the validity period; unclaimed rewards after expiration will be deemed forfeited. Once an order is successfully placed on the Gate Merchandise Store, the product details and shipping information cannot be changed. - In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the English original, the English version shall prevail.
